02 Our Products, Natural Variation & Astrological Disclaimer

Every loose gemstone on our website is catalogued individually with exact-stone photography, weight, and available laboratory certification. However, because natural gemstones are earth-mined specimens, colour and internal inclusions may appear slightly different under varying ambient light or device display settings. Clients are encouraged to request a calibrated D65 daylight video prior to purchase.

Cultural, Vedic, or astrological associations (such as Rashi or Ruling Planet references) are provided for traditional informational context only and do not constitute guaranteed personal, medical, or financial outcomes. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the quantity of any specimen at our sole discretion.

03 Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a 1-of-1 specimen or bespoke piece. KFG Jewellers reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until payment is processed and we confirm vault availability. Please review your order carefully before submitting, especially for custom ring/pendant mountings. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

04 Prices and Billing

The displayed price on our product pages is the total price of the individual gemstone (with price-per-carat shown separately for reference). Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless expressly stated, international orders may be subject to destination customs or import duties payable by the recipient. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges will be honoured by your financial institution.

05 Shipping and Delivery

All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. While we dispatch orders via specialized insured logistics carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or carrier operations outside our control. 06 Intellectual Property

All content on our Services—including exact-stone macro photographs, 360° gemstone videos, text, trademarks, logos, and architectural layouts—is owned by KFG Jewellers, its affiliates, or licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, scrape, distribute, or commercially use any photographs, videos, or material from our store without prior written consent.

07 Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links (such as external gemological laboratory verification portals) "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages or issues arising from your use of third-party websites or services.

08 Relationship With Shopify

KFG Jewellers is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with KFG Jewellers. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and KFG Jewellers, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with KFG Jewellers.

All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Any reviews, testimonials, or feedback submitted by you grant us a royalty-free license to display and use such feedback to improve and promote our Services.

10 Errors, Prohibited Uses & Automated Agents

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order is submitted). You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, nor may you use any unauthorized robot, spider, scraper, or automated AI agent to extract data or interact with the Services unless operating in strict compliance with our technical and identification protocols.

Except as expressly stated on the individual laboratory certificate accompanying your gemstone, the Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KFG Jewellers and Shopify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any products acquired through the Services.

12 Indemnification, Severability & Governing Law

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KFG Jewellers and Shopify from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
