01 100% Insured High-Value Logistics
Every order dispatched from the KFG Jewellers Mumbai vault is 100% transit-insured for its full invoice value until it is safely delivered and signed for at your address. Within India, we partner with specialized high-value logistics carriers (such as Sequel Logistics, BVC, and BlueDart Priority) to ensure secure handling of loose gemstones and fine jewellery.
02 Processing & Estimated Delivery Timelines
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays) from our Zaveri Bazaar vault in Mumbai:

03 Tamper-Evident Vault Packaging & Documentation
Every gemstone is sealed in tamper-evident KFG luxury packaging and includes:
1. The exact natural gemstone or bespoke mounted piece ordered.
2. The original physical laboratory certificate (where applicable).
3. A GST-compliant tax invoice detailing exact Carat and Ratti weight.
To keep your shipment discreet and secure, the outer shipping parcel never displays the nature or value of the gemstone inside.
04 Tracking, Signature on Delivery & Unboxing Protocol
Once your order leaves our Mumbai vault, you will receive a live tracking link via Email and WhatsApp. Because all shipments are high-value insured parcels, a valid recipient signature and/or OTP verification is required at the time of delivery (we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or unattended drop-offs).
Important: Please inspect the outer tamper-evident seal before accepting the parcel. If the package appears damaged or opened, do not accept delivery and notify our concierge desk immediately.
05 International Shipping, Customs & Duties
We ship globally via insured international air couriers. Please note that import duties, VAT, or local customs clearance fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Our team provides full export documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance.
